CASE 8: 37yrs old woman from Nigeria, Africa came with an ugly vertical caesarean scar and gross fat deposition on the whole abdomen. Total abdominoplasty was advised and planned. Just two days earlier she had under a high volume liposuction of side bags (outer thighs) under local anaesthesia. Abdominoplasty was done along with liposuction of the whole abdomen. Simultaneously a hernia near the umbilicus (navel) was also repaired. A week later liposuction of the inner thighs was also done and two days later she took her flight back to Nigeria. Here she is seen after a year when she came for some other cosmetic surgeries.
